💗Do you offer customized services?

Yes, we very much welcome custom orders! Customers can choose colors, sizes and personalized elements according to their own needs. We can also modify part of the design of the existing product. Please contact us before placing an order for your specific customization requirements, and we will do our best to meet your expectations.

 

🌞Can your products be returned or exchanged?

Our goal is to satisfy every customer. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods. Unused or undamaged goods can be returned or exchanged. Customized products may not be subject to the return or exchange policy.

 

🌛How soon can I receive my order?

As handicrafts require a waiting time, it is usually 3 working days. The specific transportation time depends on the mode of transportation and destination you choose. You will receive a confirmation email after shipment, which will contain tracking information.
